Need

This company, which operates under different brands all over the world, specialises in the production of modular furniture, in particular wooden items for the retail market. With an upwards turnover of over €20 million, the SME based in the Veneto area manages a wide variety of items and orders. Warrant Innovation Lab responded to the need expressed by the company to digitalise the current production management system in order to reduce non-productive time, lead times, and inefficiencies due to the lack of accurate real-time production data.

Solution

Our involvement was structured over various stages, from the identification of the digitalisation roadmap to the planning of the action, through to the implementation of the digital solution to meet the customer's specific needs. More specifically, a solution was created - which is integrated with the company IT systems - for the automatic acquisition of data from production plants and workstations and for the online management and monitoring of the progress of work cycles, orders, and entire production runs.
