Need

This company (turnover of over €30 million and 80 employees) aims to contribute to people's health and wellbeing through its specialist production of medical devices, including sports medication in patch and other forms. On this basis, the company has decided to invest heavily in the digitalisation of production processes, concentrating on the interconnection and integration of the entire fleet of equipment, to ensure remote data monitoring and management within an Industry 4.0 approach.

Solution

After working closely with the client to define the project goals and expected results, our project management team coordinated the entire project, liaising with the client and the software development and hardware installation teams and ensuring the final result, the planning of activities, and the timely, regular monitoring of project progress, costs, and quality of the deliverables; last but not least, we handled the dissemination of the project to all the stakeholders.
