This company is an SME based in the Romagna area (turnover of approx. €40 million) which specialises in the design and production of machine tools for the Oil and Gas industry. The company has decided to invest in automation and is embarking upon an ambitious plan for the development of a new generation of adaptive, automatic setting machines.
Solution
Our involvement was structured over various stages, from the market analysis to identify users' needs and competitors' offerings through to the validation of the prototype within a test environment, including technology scouting and development.
